1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OnQueue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. The materials contained in this application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use OnQueue for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in OnQueue
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OnQueue only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the service
• Using the service for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers or networks

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and store in OnQueue, including your tasks, notes, and other data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service. We will never sell or share your content with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. AI Assistant

OnQueue includes an AI assistant feature that helps you manage tasks and provides suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, the AI assistant may occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete information. You should verify important information independently. The AI assistant's responses do not constitute professional advice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee that OnQueue will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the service at any time without notice.

8. Data Backup

While we implement regular backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your data. We provide export functionality to help you maintain local copies of your important information. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data or any costs or expenses associated with backing up or restoring any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OnQueue or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use OnQueue, even if OnQueue or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
