5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain different types of data for different periods based on their purpose:

Audio and Voice Recordings

Voice recordings submitted for transcription are processed immediately and automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing completion. We do not retain raw audio files beyond this processing window. Only the resulting transcripts (converted to text) are stored as part of your tasks or notes.

Tasks and Notes

Your tasks and notes are retained until you delete them. Deleted items are soft-deleted and may be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Chat Messages

AI chat history is retained based on your selected retention period in settings (default: 30 days). You can configure this or clear your chat history at any time.

Account Deletion

When you delete your account, all associated data including tasks, notes, chat history, and settings are permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.

Data Export

You can export all your data (tasks, notes, and settings) at any time through the app settings. Data exports are limited to once every 30 days and are sent to your registered email address.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist us in operating our application
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect and defend our rights or property
